We promise to get your shaving kit to you fast and hassle-free. We offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders delivered within the lower 48 states. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost. Next day delivery must be confirmed by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).


Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must ship by air and is not valid with any free shipping promotions.


How long does it take for my order to ship out?

Orders will leave our warehouse with in 3 days of order being placed. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur freight charges and the shipping fees for those deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are calculated after the order is submitted, so your order will be placed on hold until we can reach you by phone to confirm pricing.


Where does my order ship out from?

ShaveMagic ships your order out of our HQ located in Newport Beach, California. We use both UPS and FedEx to ship your products. Order today and rest assured that will receive your beautiful sheepskin product quickly and reliably.


Instant Order Confirmation

You will receive instant order confirmation as soon as you place your order. Please check your spam/junk mail folder if you do not receive your order confirmation. You be informed every step of the way with your order from processing to shipping. You will receive a final email with your tracking number the day your order ships.


Custom Orders

Any custom made to order product will require and extra 1 – 2 weeks of processing to complete the patchwork. Once your custom product is complete, it will follow our normal order flow process and you will receive email updates every step of the way.


International Orders

Sorry, at this time we do not ship outside of the U.S.A.


Shave Magic will only accept returns for Damaged Goods.

Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned for a refund after they have been opened.

Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged product during shipping or if your product contains a defect, contact us immediately at Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized through our customer service department prior to return. All returns require return merchandise authorization (RMA) from our company. No returns will be accepted without this number.



The best way to cancel an order is to reply to the instant order confirmation you received when you placed your order online or send an email to with your order number. Just tell us why you need to cancel and we will put it through the system as soon as possible. You will receive a 100% refund for all orders if we are able to cancel them before they ship.
